Ibrahim Dikko is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience across banking, telecommunications, ICT, and regulatory advisory. He served as Vice President for Regulatory & Corporate Affairs at Etisalat Nigeria, where he led major regulatory reforms in competition regulation. 

A governance advocate, he serves on the board of several companies and is a Fellow of the Society for Corporate Governance Nigeria. Ibrahim is a qualified Barrister at Law with an LL.M from Queen Mary & Westfield College, Univ. of London, UK.
